Oxville Hotel

Great staff and room. Great location.

Breakfast was not great and pool not sure of cleanliness.

Very well localized, friendly staff and super good value

I liked everything

Great location. Very clean and simple. Great value for the price. Great staff and restaurant.

Well localized, clean, friendly staff and good value

Nothing, everything was fine

Centrally located, very nice staff, great beds, and comfortable rooms for the price.

Very good and friendly staff. Value for money, clean and very close to the fast ferry, with free taxi including to the port.

NASI GORENG WAS EXCELLENT, COFFEE GOOD

FRUIT JUICES TOO SWEET, ONLY ONE TYPE OF FRUIT

We needed just overnight room on the way back from Mantawai. The price was very fair and location not far from the harbour. We arrived in the evening and helpful and friendly stuff recommended a nice place to eat -Safari garden (but pick local food, not western).

The photos are far from reality. The room (except for the linen, they were ok)was not really clean, aspecialy the bathroom.Felt like they never cleaned the shower and around the sink.Toilet was stinky, but the whole town smells of the sewage..We took shower wearing flipflops. There's no elevator to the upper floor, but the guys helped with our luggage.

Location and food

Room was minute staff were unhelpful and tried to scam us by saying we had booked two rooms when we had only booked one. Would not recommend

Nice staff, great location, very clean and good WiFi.

I’ve stayed at this property many times and would usually give it a 8 or 9 score for value, location and comfort. Unfortunately this time I was in a room that was very old and needed renovations.

Very comfortable ambiance and beautifully decorated throughout. Clean and spacious rooms

Breakfast couldve been a bit more plentiful.

Very clean, friendly staff, great location, very good price

Super clean, massive bed in the room, it is really value for money. Receptionist very helpful and friendly.

The hotel offered to pack us breakfasts since we were leaving before breakfast service, which was a nice touch. It was close to the ferry port which was our main reason for staying overnight here. The security/porter at the front was very helpful.

There was a horrible smell from the mould/moth balls left in the corners of the room which was inescapable. The place was a lot more run down and the room and decor looked very different in real life compared to the photos. There was generally a bit of a creepy abandoned vibe to the hotel.

Rooms were big.

There’s no provision for laundry cleaning. Communication was difficult. They charged me 200000idr for extra cleaning even though the bedding would have been washed anyway after my departure. I could have bought new bedding for that price. There’s nothing about extra charges in the policy when you book. Screaming kids from 7am by the pool every morning. Very noisy all day. Couldn’t help with sorting out ferry tickets or anything else I asked for. Very very disappointing.

comfortable bed

loud noise from restaurant below. over priced for quality of hotel and room. Hotel appears run down and needs work

BECAREFUL TO YOUR BELONGINGS

Be careful everyone. This hotel workers are stealing your belongings. We had 150 Euros and 100 dollars in a case. When we come back to the hotel, we found 100 Euros and 50 dollars. They took 50 Dollars and 50 Euros. They knew we will check out the next day. Even though i told them in the morning, they did nothing about it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was super nice and helpful

The Aircon wasn’t working and it’s pretty run down.

the staff made me a take away breakfast as early start

Nice room, well equipped, everything clean, comfy beds, great swimming pool, delicious breakfast, I bought there souvenir- traditional songket fabric-for good price.
